Thrilling Ha Long Carnival 2024 with a Spectacular Drone Light Show

This year will mark the 16th anniversary of the festival and will kick off the summer tourism season in Ha Long city and other areas of the province with cultural, art, sports, and tourism activities, as announced by the Ha Long municipal People’s Committee.

The event is scheduled to take place during the upcoming holidays of National Reunification Day on April 30 and May Day on May 1. It will feature the participation of thousands of local and international singers, dance troupes, beauty queens, professional artists, and folk artisans.

The organizing committee aims to promote the beauty of Ha Long Bay, which has been recognized as a World Natural Heritage site by UNESCO for 30 years, and to establish the brand of Ha Long Carnival.

The provincial authorities also announced that nearly 50 cultural, sports, and tourism events will be held in the second quarter of this year.

The local government aims to attract at least 17 million tourists, including three million international visitors, this year, with a total tourism revenue of over VND39.1 trillion.
