A Home for All: Bac Lieu Builds 120 Houses for Those in Need
The Union of Friendship Organizations of Bac Lieu province and the Liaison Committee of Bac Lieu-Ca Mau Fellow Countrymen in Ho Chi Minh City have come together to sign an agreement, solidifying their collaboration on the third iteration of the impactful “Homeland and Hearts” program.
