During the launch event, The Canteen Cafe & Bistro, a Hungarian restaurant located in Dinh Cong, Hoang Mai, Hanoi, introduced five traditional and signature Hungarian dishes to its customers. These dishes include Goulash soup, which is a traditional Hungarian dish served with beef, vegetables, and pepper; Husleves soup, a meat and vegetable soup served with semolina dumplings; Chicken Paprikash, a chicken stew made with paprika sauce; Marha Porkolt, a beef stew; and Palacsinta, a Hungarian pancake. Only high-quality ingredients, including many imported directly from Hungary, are used to provide an authentic Hungarian taste for food lovers in Vietnam. The Hungarian culinary space is open from 6 pm to 9 pm every day of the week, Monday to Sunday.
